Anima Wellness delivers well-educated, conscientious therapeutic bodywork that is customized to each client's needs. Information is gathered to create a personal file, paying careful attention to detail as bodywork is conducted towards resolving a client's experience of pain. Or if pure relaxation is the goal, we can provide that too!
Himalayan salt lamps set the warm mood against gentle shades of white and cream to create a welcoming, calming space - a highly beneficial environment in which the body's sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) can "turn off" in preparation to respond effectively to muscle therapy.
We endeavor to maintain a comforting, respectful environment and keep the integrity of our intention, (to decrease our client’s pain and increase their well-being), constant throughout bodywork. The optional integration of supporting wellness components are also offered to serve a client’s entire well-being for a unique, nurturing experience at an affordable price.
Promoting kindness, harmony and equality is a high priority at Anima Wellness, and to that end a program is currently offered to local emergency workers who tirelessly serve our community. Other programs will eventually be offered to the local community.
In touching one person authentically, we increase the potential that they will in turn spread kindness to others.
