“Let the body work for itself!"
As a massage therapist, which is a health care provider, Jung strongly believes in the body's own healing ability and that massage is one of the best naturopatic ways.
Within 6 weeks of giving birth, getting an abdominal massage once a day for 20-30 minutes is very effective for getting back to normal body health and shape. She knew this through her several years of massage experience in her former job, doula in South Korea. And also, she likes to perform Hand and Foot Reflexology which she learned to get over her health issue in her early 30's. Most clients have a better massage with this. She says, “Hand and Foot Reflexology is the key massage in my practice, which enhances the body blood and lymph circulation so that let the body does its work.”
Based on these experiences, now she has proudly become a licensed massage practitioner here in the United States. She is a more seasoned LMT day by day!
