About Karen

I provide professional therapeutic massage designed to relieve pain and tension, improve movement and increase range of motion. I conduct a health history and postural assessment to determine your best treatment plan. By using a poetic blend of combined strokes with smooth transition between modalities, I will relieve your stress, calm your mind and improve your overall health and quality of life. I can help relieve symptoms related to repetitve movement and prolonged positioning associated with work related activity, activity of daily living, injury or illness. I specialize in neck/shoulder tension, headache massage and trigger point therapy. I typically use grade 3 to 3.5 pressure but do deep tissue as well to suit your needs or preference..

I have an Associate of Arts in Business Fundamentals & Mgt - from UOP,  Jul 2014, a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage - from Herzing University, Sep 2015. An Associate of Arts in Chiropractic Technician from Herzing University, September 16, 2016. I am certified through the International Fitness Association for P.T.
