About Kristina

As a working mother juggling the responsibilities of family and career, I understand the stresses, aches and pains that are so common to our everyday lives.

With all the chaos that often surrounds us it is easy to lose touch with ourselves. My passion is helping others with pain and stress management, while bringing a greater self-awareness to both body and mind.

I am a 2013 graduate of the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy, located in Germantown, WI. I am trained in Corporate Chair Massage, Deep Tissue / Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal and Sports Massage as well as classic Swedish Massage.
