Erin Clyne, LMT strives for personalized massage sessions without feeling like you're being rushed in and out, and a therapist who talks with you to find out what you want or need that day (as well as long term).Each person has their own unique needs when it comes to bodywork, and I work with you to create a personalized session through Massage Therapy, RockTape, and/or Reiki. My primary focus is working with athletic individuals who are looking for injury recovery/prevention, or to optimize their training and performance. Therefore, I incorporate Myofascial techniques in the majority of massage sessions, along with a relaxation element to help the body heal itself.
