Inspired and changed by my experience as a soldier, I continue to pursue education in mindful, body-based practices such as Trauma Touch Therapy and yoga to better serve those searching for balance and ease.
One of my goals is to offer a safe and peaceful place; for you to slow down, breathe deeply and allow your body to really relax. Using a gentle approach, my touch is intended to facilitate healing and is often described as “soothing", "calm" and "peaceful”. Each massage session is unique and customized to fit your needs that day. If you are looking to manage some stress, relax and be compassionately cared for, look no further!
I apply my same gentle approach for therapeutic massage, using a "layer-by-layer" method to achieve deeper pressure (no "digging"). I'm certified in Pregnancy Massage, and love addressing the special needs of mamas' amazing and ever-changing bodies.
I’m proud to use a massage cream made only of natural ingredients; coconut oil, olive oil, beeswax and Vitamin E.
