Katherine Anne Maas

Kate graduated from The Omaha School of Massage Therapy in 2017 to continue a lifelong passion for helping people along their healing journey. Kate was inspired to become a massage therapist after learning of its mental, physical and emotional healing properties while recovering from a car accident. Her specialties include Lomi Lomi, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy. She believes blending these powerful but unique techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from everyday use or injuries from overuse. At the end of the day, she finds fulfillment knowing she has made a difference in helping her clients feel better. Kate’s sweet demeanor and giggle can brighten your day.  Her other passions in life include traveling, reading, the outdoors and spending time with friends. Kate strongly believes that a healthy mindset on nutrition and exercise, as well as a proper work-life balance,  will lead people to live a happier, healthier life.
