Located in central New Jersey, I am a traveling massage therapist, providing various forms of massage within the comfort of your own home or in my home office in East Windsor, NJ.
I graduated academic valedictorian from Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy in March 2010. I hold a New Jersey State License for Massage Therapy (LMT). I have worked in several different environments ranging from a chiropractic office to a gym to a corporate spa before opening my own business in 2012. Since 2010, I have been a therapist for the Rutgers Football Team, providing massage to the players and coaches. I have also worked with the Rutgers Field Hockey Team athletes since 2014.
In 2017 I became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (CMLDT). This modality is really up and coming in the health field and aids in all forms of swelling and faster recoveries for several different conditions.
Along with LMT, I maintain a professional membership in the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and attend continuing education classes on a regular basis. In addition to my private clients, I volunteer at various on-site events, such as health fairs and cancer awareness events. Most recently, I was Lead Therapist at the 2014 Princeton Ironman Triathlon at the Mercer County Park, and Lead Therapist at the 2017 Princeton Half Marathon.
