About Diane

Diane Cunningham, CMT, comes to Serasana Wellness Center from a 15 year private practice in Westport, CT. She completed her 1200 hour initial training at The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, and is licensed in three states. She became a massage therapist after experiencing first hand the benefits massage can bring to acute situations as well as its importance in managing chronic conditions. Her belief is that by personalizing each experience to meet each individuals needs, you can create an environment in the body and mind where healing can take place.

Diane has had the opportunity to work in clinical settings and co-manage clients with Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, and Personal Trainers. Her style is a blend of Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Positional Release Therapy, and Swedish. She brings the presence and experience of a 20+ year personal yoga practice, a teacher training certificate and education in yoga therapy, and a deep gratitude for your trust in her.

Finally back in her beloved Texas, Diane is exploring the hill country on her motorcycle and sinking deep into music and Austin culture as much as possible.
