About David

David provides Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage to relieve muscle tension, provide deep relaxation, reduce stress, prepare for/ recover from physical activity and enhance your capacity for clear thinking and creativity.  David has been a nationally certified massage therapist since 2004. He received an Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy in 2003. This focus on health and wellness awareness, and the mind-body connection complements the strength-based, solution-focused, proactive prevention approach he has emphasized during his 25 year career as a psychotherapist and licensed independent clinical social worker. He has additional training in Sports and Orthopedic massage. His practice is also influenced by his life experiences as an active runner, cyclist, hiker, tennis player and father of three.
