About Ardena

Massage is a powerful way for you to achieve your optimal wellbeing. Working in healthcare for the past 6 years lead me to become a massage therapist, and I am excited to provide care through bodywork that adds to your quality of life. As a graduate of Northwest Academy of the Healing Arts here in West Seattle, I studied various massage disciplines including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Muscle Energy Techniques, Pregnancy, and condition specific and injury treatment work. To me, being an effective therapist means that I understand what you need and focus my energy on providing a restorative and healing experience for you.

All throughout my life I have experienced the benefits of massage and bodywork and understand first hand how important it is to have this kind of care. Whether you want pure relaxation, need specific treatment, or anything in between, massage is one of the most incredible experiences to live a better life. I look forward to facilitating the positive physical and emotional effects of massage to help you achieve your wellness goals.
