Dr. Tiffany is a Military Veteran focused on supporting the chronic pain and rehabilitation needs of the physical and emotional healing for her fellow active duty and veteran comrads through evidence-based complimentary and alternative therapies such as Yoga & Massage. She is also a Womb Care Advocate for women and committed to evidence-based education and research of the healing arts and inspiring those who seek to live well at every phase of womanhood. As an advocate, she seeks to use the bodies experiences to tell their stories and support Veterans and women's health and well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.
