About Lauren

Hi I'm Lauren, owner of Sowelo Massage Therapy in the great northeast Philadelphia, Pa. I have a day spa location, do corporate events, volunteering,  and travel to home and office as well!

I love what I do! Touch therapy helps people of all ages heal and thrive in all aspects (mind, body, spirit).  It is an honor when a client allows me to participate in their journey and maintenance of healing.

Better than your run of the mill spa franchise experience, your session with me will be just as unique as you are. I tailor them to your specific needs.

I specialize in deep tissue, therapeutic, Swedish, hot stone, bamboo, prenatal, geriatric, and integrate crystals, aromatherapy, trigger point, stretching, energy work (Reiki practitioner) and your choice of music. If decision is too much I'll handle it all so you are comfortable as can be.

Check out Sowelo Massage Therapy on Facebook, Twitter, or give me a call and I'll tell you about my season specials and package deals.
