Hi! This is Ruth Cummings and thanks for visiting my AMTA page. I have owned and operated Athletic Touch in Albuquerque, NM since 1994. After managing many therapists for many years, I am working in a single office again. Yay!
My main style of massage is Sports Massage, and though I work with mostly elite athletes, I enjoy helping anyone in pain, with anxiety, or those recovering from surgery or a recent injury.
Stretching, breathing and personal training are also areas of healing that I enjoy sharing.
