 I have been preparing for your first experience on the table for the past 23 years.

I consider myself to be very compassionate, passionate about being a Massage Therapist as I have made it as a life career to help as many people as I can. After experiencing my own personal struggles and extreme body challenges caused by auto accidents, I feel it has made me more compassionate and understanding. Years of continual education has given me the skills, experience and intution to meet the needs of many.  I feel I am equipped to help facilitate healing and to help you have a better understanding of your body and creating an atmosphere of peace and safety for those who struggle with trauma, block memories and body issues.  To this date, I have approximately 4,000 hours of schooling.

I specialize in pain management, and the list below does not cover all that I have been trained in. Emotional Release, Heart Sync, Abdominal visercal manipulation, as well as Pregnancy massage, Cupping, Tuning forks, Sports massage.  PNF. Raindrop Therapy.   In all sessions unless there are contradictions to the therapy, I include Far InfraRed healing and Hot Stone.  (no charge)  Feel free to contact me for any other information.
