About Rebecca

In nature there is a rhythm, a balance, an innate intelligence to resonate in stillness and peace. Within the body lies the same knowing to awaken inner resources for healing."
~ Becky Belding

My practice is located in the historic Victorian Seaport of Port Townsend Washington at the Fort Worden / Madrona MindBody Location.

I graduated from East West College of the Healing arts and  in private practice since 1997.

I received my Myofascial Release training from John F. Barnes, P.T; internationally recognized physical therapist, lecturer, author and authority on Myofascial Release.

I honor and respect the faith and trust my clients place in me. I take an integrative approach to bodywork. The body has a “voice”  and will tell me much of what it is feeling when the conscious mind of the client sometimes cannot.  As a therapist, I have a “tool bag” of many different modalities that I will apply to each individual according to what I can sense the body needs.

At times a session may be very serene or moments of being more “interactive” as I am always willing to answer questions and share what I am ‘reading” in the body.  Ultimately, the intention is for my client to feel balanced, peaceful and rejuvenated when they leave my table.

I invite you to go to my website for additional information.
