My goal is to provide a customized session using different techniques and modalities to help the body improve circulation, provide relief from aches and pains, decrease stress levels, and increase flexibility. I am also trained in Ashiatsu Massage which is a barefoot massage technique used to apply compression and deep luxurious pain-free strokes to the entire body. This is a very relaxing massage. Great for the relief of muscle soreness and stress.
