About Leah

I strive to deliver a multi modality, personalized, and client centered treatment to produce total body wellness for every day health.
After completing an associate degree of over 3000 hours in massage and hydrotherapy in British Columbia, Canada, I've had the chance to work with professional and amateur athletes all over the globe. In addition to multiple manual techniques, I have studied kinesiology, arthrology, pharmacology, pain & stress management, nutrition, a wide range of pathologies, and first-aid.
My personal background is in equestrian coaching and competition. As well as a degree in medical massage therapy, I hold certifications in exercise, fitness, and sports coaching.
It is my goal to provide the best complementary healthcare possible, while creating an environment in which individuals can experience the benefits of continued fitness and improved well-being.
