I practice Swedish based massage, with an emphasis on structural balance though deeper therapeutic work that may include myofascial as well as other deep tissue modalities. I also offer Thai Massage, Shiatsu and Hot Stone. I work in downtown Rockland Maine at an office building with ample parking and an elevator. I have been practicing massage since March 2001.
