I have been self-employed as a licensed massage therapist since 2000, with 18 years of experience as an occupational therapist before that. I also am a certified fitness trainer. I enjoy helping people not only relax and reduce pain, but also perform better, whether that means in athletics, on the job, or in everyday life activities. I incorporate a combination of techniques, such as Swedish massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, and Myoskeletal Alignment to provide an individualized massage that fits you!
