Massage Therapy and Zero Balancing

About Amanda

Would you like to feel better?

Do you have chronic stress? Difficulty walking or moving? Tingling or numbness in shoulders, arms or hands? Headaches? I can help. With over 12 years of experience helping people with pain conditions, injury and stress, I can help you feel better and enjoy your life.

Your work has really gotten me to a place where I'm not in pain all the time. I'd forgotten what it felt like to go through a day without pain somewhere. Thanks so much!” -Tracy Blanchard

Practicing since 2005, I offer treatments for profound relaxation, pain management and injury, whether your issue is new or long-standing. Using muscular therapy and Zero Balancing touch therapy, my work and approach calms the nervous system and invites the body to heal itself. Muscular therapy softens and elongates stressed muscles, while Zero Balancing opens joints, relieves deep tension, calms the nervous system and quiets the mind so that the body can relax, renew and restore.

A 2005 graduate from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA, I helped launch the Massage Therapy Program at General Electric Aviation in Lynn, MA the following year. I still work here part-time as part of a clinical team, offering massage and ZB to injured workers.  I'm also a Zero Balancing teacher and member of the AMTA, ABMP,  ZBHA and Salem Chamber of Commerce.
