About
I am a licensed, certified neuromuscular massage therapist and educator. In addition to over two decades of practicing bodywork, I have taught neuromuscular therapy, musculoskeletal anatomy, rehabilitation, reflexology and case management at the college level. I am an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level), school director and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education provider. I also am a fully certified Pilates Instructor with over 600 hours of Pilates teacher training and certified family and community herbalist. My practice combines all of my knowledge with an emphasis on self care and holistic health.
