About Alexandria

Alexandria's sessions are grounded in observation of who you are from all aspects. She enjoys talking with people, getting to understand their motivations, strengths & weaknesses so she can aid clients in healing both mentally and physically. Alexandria strives to develop long-lasting relationships with clients and see their progress as they work together  to create wellness. Having worked in High End Spas, Gyms and Clinics, she has seen clients with a myriad of ailments. Complaints such as chronic low back pain, shoulder and neck pain, overuse syndromes and tendonitis to even more serious Auto Immune conditions like Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). From the first time you work together, Alexandria customizes a session specifically to your needs and comfort level. The more often you are able to receive bodywork, the more receptive your body will become to deeper more therapeutic work in the future.

Alexandria is certified in California and  licensed in New York State , which requires over 1200hrs of massage education. She is well versed in different pathologies & conditions and is educated in therapeutic medical massage. She is also Nationally Certified by the NCBTMB (National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork) and is a member and insured by the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association).
