<p>I am a certified PUSH therapist. The majority of my practice is using PUSH muscle therapy to treat chronic and acute pain/injury situations including sports injuries. A big part of PUSH is mobility training so I work with my clients on re-patterning their mobility so the injury and pain patterns do not recur.</p><p>I also do therapeutic relaxation massage, hot stone massage and prenatal massage. I have 60 hours of prenatal massage training and I enjoy working with women throughout their pregnancy and beyond.</p>
