Bylaw Change Notification Follow-up
Based on member feedback, the Governance Standing Committee withdrew the two Bylaw changes in the June 2013 Notification Items related to the Presidential term of office. Based on member feedback and other factors discussed, the Board voted in its September Executive Session not to approve the Bylaw change about qualifications to run for the office of President-Elect. This had previously been brought to the attention of members in a Bylaw Notification in June 2013.
