The AMTA Board of Directors met with national standing committee chairs and representatives from most of our chapters in a retreat on May 30-31. The board then met for its June meeting the next day.
The board received an updated financial report, including information that all chapters had completed their financial reports on time for the end of the fiscal year. A financial report will be included in an upcoming issue of Hands On. The board also heard reports on the progress of the 2013 Consumer Awareness Program, the recent activities of the Massage Therapy Foundation and the work of the Entry Level Analysis Project (ELAP).
