Lee Stang has been a massage therapy educator since 1996. She has extensive experience teaching anatomy/physiology, clinical massage techniques and sports massage at the CT Center for Massage Therapy and Bridges To Health Seminars. Lee travel internationally as a massage therapist with the Women's Tennis Association. 

Limitations in rotation can create compensatory motions that can lead to pain, dysfunctional technique and injury. Learn about the anatomy of rotation from the pelvis through the thoracic spine, issues that might inhibit rotation and techniques to help unlock this pivotal area.

Materials Required: Massage table, lotion, linens
