AMTA Shares Entry-Level Analysis Project Report & Blueprint

After  nearly two years of work, AMTA is happy to share the report from the Entry-Level Analysis Project (ELAP) workgroup and their recommended Blueprint for entry-level massage therapy education! We wholeheartedly congratulate the ELAP workgroup on the release of this new resource for the profession and greatly appreciate all the efforts of those who helped develop it. The Blueprint is groundbreaking for our profession and can be a very important tool for massage therapy schools and students to consider.
While AMTA supports much of the content, there are areas the association doesn’t agree with completely. This is not unusual when so many have contributed to it, and we encourage schools to read it in the same spirit.
We hope schools will find the information of value in their curriculum review and we invite all in the profession to review the material.

"AMTA and my chapter have already given me back so much that I cannot believe I ever considered another group."
