AMTA's National Massage Therapy Awareness Week

October 25 - 31, 2009

Educate, share, promote -- these are just a few of the goals of AMTA’s National Massage Therapy Awareness Week (NMTAW).  AMTA’s awareness week is designed to raise public understanding about the benefits of massage, attract media attention to nationwide activities being carried out by AMTA chapters, members, as well as AMTA school members, and to give all AMTA members an opportunity to demonstrate their profession and skill.

AMTA members, click here to read about NMTAW ideas, purchase the poster, download the logo and much more. (login required)

If you're a non-member massage therapist, we encourage you to contact the AMTA Chapter in your area for information on how you can get involved.

Consumers, if you're looking to schedule a massage during National Massage Therapy Awareness Week, please visit AMTA's Find a Massage Therapist Locator service.
