Report How You Celebrated NMTAW

NMTAW can be celebrated in many ways, and we want to hear about your NMTAW successes!  Submit the NMTAW Activity Report Form by November 1 for consideration in AMTA publications. Report your NMTAW activity online.

If you have photos, news clips or press releases from your NMTAW activity, send them to NMTAW@amtamassage.org for consideration in AMTA publications and social media.

Chapters: NMTAW On-Site Massage Practitioner Guidelines and Intake Form

If your chapter is planning a NMTAW activity where you will be offering massage demonstrations, remember chapters are required to use intake forms at all chapter-sponsored events. Schools may also use this form if they do not have their own intake form for on or off-site sponsored events.

The on-site massage practitioner guidelines provide directions to the volunteer massage therapist on how to read the intake form prior to the massage demonstration. It should be passed out to each volunteer to ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them during the event.
