To update your chapter roster
(position changes only)
e-mail AMTA Chapter Relations,
at the National Office, or fax changes by
printing out the page, marking changes clearly (please print) and fax to
Silas at 847-864-1178. If you have any questions, call at
847-869-5127 Ext. 156.
If a volunteer wishes to change their
contact information on the Roster (such as city, phone or E-mail)
the individual member
must contact Member Services at 847-864-0123 or they can update their
contact information on-line at
http://www.amtamassage.org/members/addrchange.html.
