AMTA’s Education Program

AMTA has begun a multi-tier program to provide continuing education opportunities for our members.  One part of this program is to develop continuing education courses using articles in Massage Therapy Journal.  Another is to provide online courses working with current providers of content and existing AMTA business content.

The articles  published in Massage Therapy Journal will allow massage therapists to take a quiz online for CE hours.  Other courses in the area of business will also be available online.  These offer a new sponsorship opportunity.

Audience:  Twenty (20) courses are currently open to all massage therapists in the United States or any massage therapist from any country who has Internet access.  In the US alone we estimate there are over 250,000 practicing massage therapists based on state licenses and graduation records of schools.  Currently there are from 2,500 to 3,000 registered users at any given time.

As a program sponsor, you would have the ability to sponsor any number of products including articles in Massage Therapy Journal (MTJ) and online courses.

In return, AMTA would provide the following  based on the amount of your participation.

  • A Logo Link Ad banner
  • “This article sponsored by….” line on article
  • Your name on a splash page when user enrolls in online course
  • Listing in sponsor lists and mention in AMTA publications
  • Discount on ad placement in CE section of MTJ

Cost of program elements:

  • $750  Sponsor a CE article in MTJ – one issue
  • $2,000  Sponsor all CE articles in MTJ for the year – 4 issues SAVE $1,000!
  • $500  Sponsor an online course – one month
  • $1,250  Sponsor an online course – three months SAVE $1000!
  • $2,000 Sponsor an online course – six months SAVE $2,500!
  • $3,500 Sponsor an online course for 12 months SAVE $5,500
