IT'S EASY! Here’s how it works:

  1. Tell your massage therapist friends about amta’s refer-a-friend program.
  2. Enter your friends’ contact information in the form below. You will need to submit one form per friend.
  3. Your friends will be contacted by us with an offer to become an amta member.
  4. For each friend that joins, you’ll receive credit towards your next amta membership renewal.

PLEASE NOTE: Your referred friends must be new amta members or have a lapsed amta membership of more than 12 months. In order to receive referral credit, each friend you refer must qualify and join as an amta member and cannot have been previously referred by another member. A confirmation email will be sent once the friend has joined informing you of your credit. Credits cannot be redeemed online; you must call amta to redeem your credits with your renewal.  This offer cannot be applied retroactively or combined with any other offer. Credits are only valid for the current membership year, they do not carry over.
