Registration Confirmation
If you register before Friday, September 5, 2008, confirmation of your registration will be sent to you prior to the convention. If you have any questions, please contact the AMTA Professional Development Department at 877-905-2700, ext. 143.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to AMTA. An administrative fee of $50 is assessed on all cancellations postmarked no later that September 5, 2008. A $75 administrative fee is assessed on cancellations postmarked between September 6, 2008 and September 16, 2008. Cancellations postmarked after September 16, 2008 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: AMTA National Convention, 500 Davis Street, Suite 900, Evanston, IL 60201-4695 or faxed to 847-864-1178.
