About Wendy
As a massage therapist and facilitator my practice is based on two principles. One is my belief that there is is a mind-body-spirit connection; the other is the medical fact that the human body has it's own innate healing capability. That premise combined with, first and foremost, my intention, as well as my formal education and my instinctual healing techniques, offer a unique and fulfilling experience with each individual session. Beyond that there is also a focus on sharing with and educating each client in such a way that they begin to understand how their body works and what they can do themselves to sustain and enhance the healing work we have achieved together in the session.
