I offer body work and massage sessions specifically crafted to fit the needs of my clients. Rehabilitative and injury recovery work are my specialities and I use Positional Release Therapy, a modality derived from an Osteopathic technique, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, and Myofascial work as my primary modalities. I also practice Pre-natal, Shiatsu and Reflexology. I use organic lotions only and provide complementary Essential Oil treatments. (Essential Oil treatments suspended indefinately due to Covid-19).
