I attended Institute for Therapeutic Massage (GPA=99). I love the benefits of a thoroughly relaxing and effective Swedish massage and I've had advanced training in myofascial and medical massage, triggerpoint therapy, deep tissue, and sports massage.
Your comfort is always foremost in my mind. I want your session to become a wonderful respite from the usual busy and often hectic routine. I create a safe and soothing space where you can let go of your cares and stressors for at least an hour! Therapy goals will be identifed and achieved through truly effective bodywork!
