About
I grew up in an athletic family, and spent most of my childhood and adolescent years on a soccer field, a track or in a dance studio. I entered the Canadian Soccer Association training program at age 14, and continued to play at an elite level for the next 8 years. Before getting my massage license, I graduated from Penn State University, where I played on the women's soccer team, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I am familiar with pain and injury, every part of my body has been injured at one point or another. I have a deep respect for any treatment that will help your body heal naturally and improve performance quickly. I will always try my best to help keep your body in the healthiest condition possible. Why live in pain when you don't have to?
