At Gyre Bodyworks, my primary goal is to assess your specific needs and give you the best, most well-rounded massage possible. I have been a Massage Therapist for over 18 years and I am experienced in multiple modalities. I give every client I see 100 percent of my attention and effort, so when you leave, you are feeling relaxed, restored, and at ease.
In addition to my services as a Massage Therapist, I am also a Yoga and Pilates Instructor. I have over 20 years of Dance, Exercise training, and teaching. I can provide individual and group Yoga and Pilates classes.
