<p>Ashley is a professional, licensed massage therapist, nutritionist, and yoga instructor whose focus is to help her clients achieve a better quality of life for the whole family.
Her passion for health, fitness, and nutrition led her to a career in massage therapy and alternative healing arts. She attended Nursing School at Houston Baptist University followed by Massage Therapy training at the American Institute of Allied Health. Furthering her education, she has taken numerous advanced CE courses on the many massage techniques as well as becoming certified as a Level 3 Reiki Master/Teacher. In 2014 She attended and completed training to become a Yoga Instructor, followed by earning certification as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant in 2019. Through her compassion and expertise in pain management therapies, clients receive total body wellness.</p>
