I have been in practice since 1983. Over the course of the years I have studied many different modalities which my work reflects. I approach each session as a unique opportunity to connect with others and share my passion for health and healing of our physical selves. This directly affects our emotional and spiritual selves as well. Movement is Life! The more unrestricted our bodies, the more unrestricted our minds.
