What I love most about massage is witnessing someone connect to their body in new and in deeper ways. It takes courage and vulnerability to dive into ourselves, to really acknowledge where we are at, to let go of the habits and the past that no longer serve us, and to support and love ourselves on our healing journeys. I am so grateful that I get to be a part of that! The beauty of massage is that it is beneficial for anyone no matter where they are in their journey. I meet my clients wherever they are at and provide caring and skilled touch according to their needs and comfort level. My goal with every client is to empower them with open communication and to provide a safe and relaxed space to unwind. The rest is listening to the tissue and helping it release. The main modalities I use are Swedish massage, neuromuscular techniques, and fascial unwinding. I am also trained in sports massage, pre and post-natal massage, and lymphatic facilitation. I am currently studying Reiki and Thai massage and often incorporate those into my practice as well!
