About Erin
I share an Integrative Massage and Bodywork practice focusing on relieving chronic tension patterns and restoring balance to the body. I teach my clients to understand how their body works, and give them the tools to alleviate chronic tension patterns themselves, and reconnect to their bodies. I integrate multitudes of bodywork techniques, from orthopedic deep tissue to very gentle modalities, keeping in mind the techniques best suited to each individual client.
