I believe in compassionate, professional care. Though I work with many different people for a variety of reasons, my practice largely focuses on addressing chronic pain conditions, serving those who are coping with illness or injury, and providing supportive care for emotional health concerns.

My technique and method has been called focused, deliberate, and intuitive by my clients and colleagues. As for my touch itself, my pressure is naturally light-medium to medium, though I can lighten up or increase pressure, as needed. That said, if someone is seeking someone with a heavy touch or strong pressure, I'm probably not the best fit. On the other hand, if you like a therapeutic massage that is effective but also relaxing, or especially if you had a bad experience with worsening pain after a massage, I may be just the therapist for you.

Most importantly, it is my intention for every client, every session, to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible from start to finish, to know that their concerns and goals are truly heard, and to feel genuinely cared for and respected.
