In-Studio: My studio is conveniently located at 2035 Regency Rd, Suite #4, off of Southland Drive in Lexington, KY.This serene setting boasts a quiet room in a small, private clinic space. We give you peace of mind during stressful times.The front door parking is free and makes arrival a breeze. No need for busy parking lots, paying meters, or having to navigate a busy hallway with other people.
In-Home: After a long day at work, you don’t need to drive to a spa to relax. Imagine the peaceful sanctuary of receiving a massage in your own home without having to wake-up and leave the therapeutic bubble. No driving, no traffic, no stress.At-Work: Individual or group event sessions at your place of work. Your choice of table or chair massage offered.
Couples Massage: Enjoy your “Best Night In” with an unforgettable In-Home Couples Massage. You and your partner will be pampered in the comfort of your own home with attention to detail, as if you were at a spa. Sara Schmitt, LMT partners with another Desti Massage therapist to offer couples sessions.
Yoga: I offer private yoga classes and teach public group classes at studios and businesses in the Lexington, KY area.
