Deb began her Journey as a massage practitioner in 1998.  She graduated from Health Options Institute in Bethlehem, PA, where she is currently a teachers assistant for their Deep Muscle program.  Deb also studied (and now teaches) the Usui Method of Reiki and apprenticed to receive her Reiki Master as well as Reiki teacher training.  Her most recent studies include Peruvian Inkan Shamanism which offers a way to live in balance and harmony with the energies of Spirit and Earth.  

“I am passionate about continuing education!  I strive to bring my knowledge, skills, experience and enthusiasm, literally, to the (massage) table.”  Every session is individually created just for you!! Each person’s health, lifestyle and optimal wellness goals are addressed to help get you in touch with your body mind connection and create sustainable balance.

Areas of Specialty include: Deep Muscle, Swedish, John Barnes Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Neuromuscular, Trigger Point and Medical Massage.  Sports (pre/post event as well as maintenance), Relaxation/Stress Relief, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang (belly massage), Polarity and Energy, Pre & Post Natal, Couples Massage, CHAIR MASSAGE (parties, events, corporations, fundraisers, I will work with Auto Accident Insurance Claims if approved by provider.
