About
David grew up in Apple Valley, Minnesota. After years in the family cabinetry business, he decided to pursue his dream of helping people find peace, happiness and freedom in their personal lives through massage and bodywork.
David graduated from Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic in 2009 with a certificate in Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Massage. While attending school, David became skilled in Swedish relaxation massage as well as advanced techniques in rehabilitative massage. Since graduating, David has continued to learn new techniques to address specific myo-fascial symptoms and facilitate pain relief, as well as to restore and maintain soft tissue health and skeletal alignment. In May of 2011, David completed training in Active Isolated Stretching: The Mattes Method®. This modality has opened pathways to physical freedom and transformation for his motivated clients.
Most recently, David has completed training to attain Full Body Certification in Active Release Techniques with Long Tract Nerve Entrapment. This amazing modality provides releif from pain and improved function in an extraordinarily efficient manner.
Through his respect for listening to the body and his gentle, intuitive approach, David has been able to help many people move through complicated and difficult scenarios as well as achieve greater health and wellbeing.
David has previously worked at Eastern Shore, Eagle Trace Wellness Center, YWCA, and Massage Envy Burnsville.
