I am a Ca State Certified Massage Therapist and I specialize in working with people in acute or chronic pain and restricted movement; from overuse, trauma, whiplash, work injuries, demands of sport, repetitive use or degenerative processes.  I provide therapy for sports rehab and performance or the everyday person wanting to move freer in their body. I work with all ages and health care issues  and bring a continued interest and investigative thought to each session.

I see people post surgery–including orthopedic, oncology, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. I am specialty certified in oncology massage, sports massage, chiropractic assisting and pregnancy massage. I’ve developed a quick active release method and teach it as self care you can perform almost anywhere. I maintain a strong alliance with local allopathic and alternative practitioners of whom I can consult with and refer to, to help you meet your health care goals.

I believe every person is unique in their need for care, tolerance for pressure, technique and movement. I provide pain reducing positioning, use highly tuned palpation skills, applied principles of anatomy and kinesiology and bring decades of advanced clinical studies and experience to every session.  I always encourage and respond to your feed back and work at a level of pressure that is right for you.
