Self-contracting LMBT in NC. 15-20 years prior experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina before certification as an LMBT. Focus is on relaxation and de-stressing, as well as treatment of chronic pain, muscular, soft tissue and fascia problems, utilizing essential oils, and different soft tissue manipulation to decrease muscle tension and stress, fascia problems and trigger point issues, using accupressure, massage, reflexology, essential oils, hot stones, salt stones, cupping, etc. Education in health and wellness, natural healing and care of soft tissue, fascia, muscles and skin.
