I graduated from New York college of health profession in 2012 trained in  different techniques among them Swedish,Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretch, deep tissue massage, sport massage with experience working with athletes in the comfort of their own homes throughout Long Island.

I'm inspired by the fact that I help people every day restore wellness and move towards a pain free life in a natural way.

I focus on individual needs for my clients using different techniques to help them reach their goals. Every person is different and it is essential for me to learn about my clients and give them a massage based on their needs, massage styles include stress relaxation massage and therapeutic massage.
